Please meet Jewel, who is a real jewel at the shelter! She is such a sweet, pretty girl that shelter staff have fallen in love with her. We aren't sure what has happened in Jewel's past as she was found running stray but she is very afraid of men at this time. It will take a home with lots of love, patience, and a quiet home, preferably with no young children, to show her that not everyone is going to treat her as she's been treated in her past. Jewel is still very young and is eager to learn and please. Give this sweet girl a chance!
